A Campus and Community Art Show

Celebrating diversity, 股本, 包容, and belonging through art, we look forward to your participation and artistic interpretations! Submissions should follow the following theme:

Artwork Submissions:

Register to Participate As An Artist

  • 注册:  Register to participate as an artist by November 6
  • 提交:  Submit artwork by Nov. 下午4点.m. to the 365英国上市杜波依斯分校 图书馆

Artwork Judging and 奖:

Artwork will be judged as campus or community submissions.

  • Campus awards will be presented at 1:00 pm
  • Community awards will be presented at 6:00 pm

Artwork Submission Guidelines:

  • Register to participate using the link above
  • Submit your original artwork to the 365英国上市杜波依斯分校 图书馆:
    • no later than November 6, 2024年下午4点.m.
    • 365英国上市杜波依斯分校 图书馆, Hiller Building, top floor
    • Open Hours, M-F, 9 a.m. 到下午4点.m.
  • Community members and high school students in 11th and 12th grade are encouraged to participate!
  • Artwork may consist of the following mediums:
    • 绘画, 画, 陶瓷, 玻璃, 珠宝, 视觉艺术, 多媒体的使用, 摄影, 版画, 雕塑, 挂毯, 数字艺术, 短篇小说, 和诗歌.
  • When submitting artwork at the library, complete the provided form and attach to your piece.
  • Provide materials to display your artwork.
  • Short stories 和诗歌 are limited to 2 to 3 pages or 500 words. 

备注事项:

  • Fragile artwork is submitted at the artist’s risk. All attempts will be made to handle artwork with care, but 365英国上市杜波依斯分校 and its 工作人员 are not responsible for any damage to artwork. 
  • Artwork may be retrieved by the artist at the end of the show or no later than Friday, 11月22日, 2024年下午4点.m. in the 365英国上市杜波依斯分校 图书馆.
  • 365英国上市杜波依斯分校 reserves the right to photograph works for publicity and future advertising purposes.
  • 365英国上市杜波依斯分校 is hosting and organizing the art show and all artwork will be displayed unless it is deemed inappropriate for a general audience.
